Cute and printed with the same design on both sides, this cup is dishwasher and microwave safe. A silvery-tone keychain with charms is included. One charm is "engraved" on one side, as shown, although only the word "Bestie" is big enough to read easily. It may be nice if there were fewer words, in larger font size. The other charm is a butterfly with pretty, aqua-blue-tone enamel-style detailing on one side. The other side of the butterfly is dot-textured silvery-tone metal. The mug is well wrapped in recyclable, natural tone wrapping paper. Mine arrived in perfect condition. Also included is a plain cardboard box with a red gift-ribbon printed on the top and sides. This is a very cute mug that comes nicely packaged as a gift for your best friend. The box is decorated with a ribbon on the top and around the box as shown in the photos. It also has a little key chain inside with a “bestie” quote and a little butterfly. The mug itself is wrapped in brown corrugated paper and has brightly colored images against a white background, as shown on the website. The mug itself is on the small side but it’s the thought that counts here. It’s a nice little gift for a friend to remind her that you are thinking of her and value her friendship.

This mug is a really cute design that borders on cartoony, but is perfect as a gift to your best friend (if they hot beverages). This mug is pretty standard but the design application is good and feels like it's not the type to flake or chip off, and the colors are bold. It came in a gift-able box and wrapped carefully in hex paper. The only negative I see is that the included keychain is cheesy and I have no interest in that. Inevitably each added item increases the cost of the product, and in this case it feels like an entirely separate thing and would be better to NOT include and drop the price $.50 or so.
